We are looking for an ICT SAP SD Expert to join our Group ICT Department in our HQ in Castelfranco Veneto
Accountability and Objectives
- Plan and execute projects.
- Support final users in day-by-day activities on SAP Sales & Distribution module and related interfaces.
- Manage and support activities across multiple platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all activities (implementation, maintenance, evolutions) related to the Sales and distribution application in which the Information Systems are involved.
- Gather functional requirements and manage relations with business users to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Support the main sales processes: Order,
Pricing, Shipping, and Billing.
- Coordinate and control external resources.
Qualifications
- Technical University degree
- 5-8 years or more of experience in comparable roles in well-structured companies or in an IT consulting company is needed
- Well-based IT infrastructure and software is needed
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
- Strong knowledge/familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce
- Excellent knowledge of customizing in particular SD areas and base structure
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes (MM/LE), welcome knowledge of SAP FI, CO, BI/BW
- Languages: Fluency in English; further language knowledge is appreciated
- Extensive technical knowledge (and an ability to explain technical information to non-technical people)
