The Role.
We are looking for a Presales Specialist to join our team and support presales activities for innovative software solutions and projects based on Artificial Intelligence and digital technologies.
You will report directly to the Presales Manager and work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams.
The team consists of 3 people and has a culture focused on autonomy, collaboration, and continuous innovation.
Who We’re Looking For:
You are a curious, analytical person who feels comfortable interacting with both technical stakeholders and business decision-makers. You know how to listen, synthesize information, and translate complex needs into clear and effective proposals.
You are comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel and are excited about working on AI and digital transformation topics.
What You’ll Do:
Sales & Presales Support
- Support the Sales team in presales activities for software and AI solutions
- Participate in meetings with customers and stakeholders, including in English
- Prepare presentations, demos, and sales enablement materials
Analysis & Solutions
- Analyze customer needs and translate them into project proposals and technology solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to define solution architectures
Documentation & Proposals
- Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals, project proposals, and presales documentation
- Produce high-quality technical and commercial documentation that is clear and customer-focused
Research & Market
- Support market research activities and the analysis of technology opportunities
- Monitor trends and developments in AI, automation, and digital transformation
