- Own SMB outbound revenue : ARR targets, pipeline coverage, win rate, sales cycle, ACV, discounting discipline, and forecast accuracy.
Lead and coach full-cycle AEs : weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, call coaching, deal strategy, and consistent improvement plans.
