Internship – Facility Team
The intern will join the Facility Team, reporting to the HSE Manager and facility coordinator, and will support key activities in workplace safety, environmental compliance, facility management, and general services. The role involves working closely with various departments, offering hands‑on experience and cross‑functional collaboration.
The "Internship" Level is the main entry point into ELC, providing a highly formative experience regardless of role and function.
Key Performance Areas
- Support activities related to the RENTRI portal (waste traceability);
- Help monitor waste management processes;
- Assist in coordinating maintenance activities across retail stores;
- Support facility management activities at headquarters;




- Contribute to the organization and tracking of Health & Safety training (D.Lgs. 81/08);
- Update training records and safety documentation;
- Support the digitalization and archiving of store documents.

Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields;
- Passion and curiosity for environmental sustainability, workplace safety, and facility management;
- Basic knowledge of Legislative Decrees 81/08;
- Good command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
