We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Control Intern to join our Logistics team in Castel San Giovanni.
Your Impact
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
- Manage and optimize storage spaces to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor and control inventories, ensuring data accuracy and precision
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to plan and coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and infrastructure
- Analyze operational data and produce periodic reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information and materials across different business functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management engineering, mathematics, or economics.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- A positive, engaging and creative approach to work with surroundings
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Data-driven and analytical, comfortable with a KPI focused approach
