We are currently looking for a Project Development Controller to join our M Renewables team in Italy in our Milan offices.
Role Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly cash flow reports to ensure liquidity availability within the holding companies and group entities.
- Development of expense and development cost reporting based on defined cost allocation, through direct interface with Business Units and Finance, ensuring alignment and understanding of critical issues and managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparation of budgets, monthly forecasts, and annual target planning for the division.
- Preparation of the annual development cash flow forecast for the division.
- Support in management reporting to provide accurate and timely information for decision‑making.
- Creation and maintenance of property reporting tools for common interface with development Business Units, including contrac
