Position
We are looking for a skilled Electronics Project Leader Engineer to join our Electronics Department, located in Asolo. In this role, you will be able to contribute to the definition of company objectives, as well as leading the product development processes, making sure to respect the necessary quality standards and pre-decided timelines. You will be able to exploit your electronics hardware expertise,
collaborating cross-functionally to make sure our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance and reliability.
Main Responsibilities
- You will take on a leading position, defining the Gantt project and being responsible for the project’s execution, deliverables and timelines.
- You will be in charge of collecting project briefs, whilst also supervising task assignment within the team.
- Moreover, you will also be responsible for Planning and Purchasing related activities for the project development process.
- You will generate reports and follow-ups, as well as delivering feedback to the teams and/or the manager, as needed.
- In your responsibilities, you will also be supporting on the development of innovative products’ components and technical solutions.
- Thanks to your expertise, you will be able to anticipate potential blockers in the project development, making adjustments and/or recommendations to solve any issues.
