Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and provide them with cutting‑edge technical solutions and services
- Collaborate directly with customers to unravel their business needs, pain points, and technical requirements
- Craft tailored solutions that address specific challenges and drive customer success
- Support Technical Solutioning and Solutioning Managers during technology and business discussions
- Define winning cost models for deals and lead these deals to profitability

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in developing IT solutions around Security Architectures and Services
- Expertise with IT organizational models, IT governance, management and operating models, and IT financing models
- Proven ability to design and build technical solutions based on customer requirements,



including understanding customer needs, analyzing complex problems, and proposing effective and scalable solutions
- Understanding of various IT domains such as infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
- Excellent customer and presentation skills
- Fluent both Italian and English

Demonstrates expertise in developing IT solutions focused on Security Architectures and Services, with a strong ability to analyze customer needs and craft tailored solutions. Proficient in IT governance, management models, and financing models, while effectively communicating in both Italian and English.
