F&B Host/Hostess Food

We are seeking a passionate Host/Hostess to join our F&B; team.
As part of our Soho House team your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.
Main Duties
- Welcoming guests to the venue
- Providing accurate wait times and monitoring waiting lists
- Managing reservations through OpenTable
- Provide menus and deliver water and drinks, if needed
- Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
- Responsible for quickly and accurately delivering orders from the kitchen to customers at the House restaurants
- Provide excellent customer service to everyone, anticipating the members and guests needs
- Perform tasks to support the waiters and other staff members
- Greet customers upon their departure
Requirements Skills
- Must have a passion for food and beverage and guest satisfaction.
- You have to be reliable, flexible,
friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success
- Only those Hosts/Hostesses who are eligible to work in Italy or have a valid Italian work permit/visa will be considered for the above position.
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others.
- Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 50 pounds.
- Must be able to kneel, bend, crouch and climb is required.
