Your new role
Ramboll Italy is seeking a Junior Engineering Geologist to join its collaborative team in Italy/ Spain. This individual will serve a key function providing the hands-on technical contribution with specific focus on Geotechnical Site Assessment, due diligence work in the M&A; sector and soil and groundwater investigation with emphasis on ground conditions assessment, producing technical specifications, plans, foundations and underground structures design and other geotechnical aspects of construction . In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner cross-functionally on premier land development projects.

Organising and supervising Site Investigation
Contributing to engineering risk assessments, technical documents, and calculations
Development and technical assurance of design,



including client’s presentations and reports

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Geology or Civil or Geotechnical Engineering required, Master's degree strongly preferred
A working knowledge of a range of geotechnical software, including Geo Studio suite (Slope/W, Seep/W) or similar
Some working experience in a design environment is preferred
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
Possess reliable transportation for client meetings and job site visits and a valid driver’s license in good standing.
