is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join the International Manufacturing Engineering Team at its Head Quarter in Casole D'Elsa, Siena (Italy).Purpose:Reporting to the International Manufacturing Engineering Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, supporting activities and initiatives aimed at enhancing the industrial performance of the site, in particular by eliminating waste, improving flexibility, labor efficiency, and service levels.Main Activities:* Support the success of process improvement initiatives by implementing policies, procedures, and process documentation, coordinating with the various functions involved.* Contribute to the plant transformation, technology transfer, and continuous maintenance of value streams.* Support the implementation of demand-driven production fundamentals and strategies that enhance operational excellence and long-term plans (
