creating detailed technical documentation, and ensuring that all training materials meet the highest standards.You will collaborate with various departments to support the effective use of our products and technologies.Your ImpactPromote and embed Technogym Technical Service core principles—Professionalism, Care, Safety, and Brand Promoter—by coordinating classroom, on-site, and digital training programs globally.Design, manage, and monitor global training programs for technicians and installers, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer, high-quality execution, and alignment with business objectives.Ensure achievement of performance, training, and technical KPIs through structured audits, evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor global training progress and compliance, verifying adherence to defined training standards, technical competencies, and certification requirements.Continuously improve training
