Job descriptionSwan is looking for a Country Lead, based in our Milan office, to drive our growth and strengthen our presence in the Italian market.
This is a strategic role combining market development, commercial ownership, and local representation. You will help build Swan’s long-term success in Italy by developing strong relationships with key partners, representing the company externally, and bringing the voice of the Italian market internally.
As one of Swan’s key representatives in Italy, you will play a central role in shaping our local strategy, supporting our expansion, and ensuring our solutions continue to meet the needs of our partners and customers.
