Job scopeThe Production Planner manages production scheduling and capacity planning to ensure the efficient and timely manufacturing of products. Responsible for aligning demand requirements with production capabilities, the role optimizes resource utilization, inventory levels, and service performance. Collaborates closely with manufacturing, procurement, and sales teams, participating to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, flexibility, and operational efficiency

Main duties
- Develop and maintain detailed short-term production schedules to ensure optimal sequencing and efficient use of production resources.
- Align daily and weekly production plans with demand priorities, capacity constraints, and material availability.
- Monitor schedule adherence and proactively adjust plans in response to changes in demand, disruptions, or operational constraints.
- Collaborate closely with production, maintenance,



and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of the production schedule
- Identify bottlenecks and support actions to improve line efficiency, throughput, and overall responsiveness

Production Scheduling and Execution
