Who we are looking for:
We are currently looking for a brilliant and motivated intern to join our Marketing team at the Padova HQ. The internship will last 6 months and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the eyewear industry and a comprehensive overview of the work carried out by the Brand Management – Licensed Brands team.
As Brand Management Intern, you will gain experience in:
- quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales data and related reporting;
- market analysis, product positioning, and competitor analysis;
- managing the development of collections in collaboration with the Product Development, R&D;, and Design departments (e.g. preparing briefs for new collections, creating presentations for new product launches, etc.);
- developing tools to support the sales force for both sell‑in and sell‑out activities;
- developing trade marketing materials to support the launch of new collections;
- collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback from subsidiaries regarding distribution strategies and product potential;
- managing relationships with license partners and suppliers (e.g. marketing agencies).
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You are about to graduate or already hold a degree in Economics or a related field, preferably complemented by a Master’s in Marketing Management
