Join Oberalp Group as an IT Senior Business Process Partner to drive our digital transformation across international functions. You’ll bridge IT and business, shaping processes and leveraging digital solutions to unlock efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, facilitate change, and ensure successful project delivery from planning to post-go-live. Retribuzione / Benefits
- Base salary EUR 45,000–EUR 55,000

Responsabilità
- Govern the digital transformation agenda across functions
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, process harmonization and organizational change
- Analyze and improve business processes for standardization and efficiency
- Lead workshops, requirements gathering, testing and decision-making with international stakeholders
- Ensure project execution: planning,
prioritization, testing, training, go-live and stabilization
- Promote user adoption and readiness through key-user support
- Monitor risks, dependencies and mitigation actions
- Coordinate internal and external resources for transformation initiatives
- Act as change agent and drive business transformation across functions
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Economics or related field
- 10+ years in business transformation or BPM in international environments
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects in matrix organizations
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision
- Leadership ability to coordinate activities, create alignment and foster accountability
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions
