Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end management of Sinclair Injectables Aesthetics key accounts within a defined territory. You will drive sales targets, build high-value relationships with clinics and clinicians, and train customers on the portfolio. You’ll implement marketing plans, analyze market dynamics, and act as a trusted advisor to expand revenue and account value. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial and marketing initiatives and promote brand presence in the aesthetics community.
Responsabilità
- Plan and promote Sinclair Aesthetics products to clinics and qualified clinicians to hit regional sales goals
- Provide clinician training/workshops on the Aesthetics portfolio
- Participate in medical exhibitions and meetings related to treatment applications
- Build and maintain quality relationships with customers in the territory
- Lead account-level marketing planning and execution aligned with the company strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to shape strategy
- Drive local activation, events,



and promotions to boost brand visibility
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with accounts
- Forecast and manage sales pipeline; achieve KPIs and profitability targets
- Support product launches and educational activities to maximize uptake
- Operate as a brand ambassador at events and in the aesthetics community
- Maintain CRM records and provide customer profile data
- Act as trusted advisor to support practice development including marketing activities
- Coordinate and run training days and workshops
- Continue to develop long-term strategic partnerships with key customers
- Keep track of sales opportunities from trade shows and events
- Engage with decision-makers and influencers within accounts
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting and administrative duties
- Other duties as requested by management

Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager
