Job Description:
Technical Sales Manager - Tiles & Engobes
Are you looking for a role where you can combine technical expertise, customer interaction and real business impact in the ceramic tile industry?
At Sibelco, you will become a key technical reference for tile,
engobe and glaze manufacturers, helping customers improve their products and production processes through our industrial mineral solutions. You will work on a wide variety of tile manufacturers, support trials directly on their sites, and collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions and business growth opportunities.
As Technical Sales Tiles & Engobes, you will support companies producing tiles, engobes and glazes, working closely with production and technical teams to define quality and product specifications, insuring strong product performance.
Location & Travel
This role is based in Maranello, Italy, with a hybrid setup:
• Expected presence in the Maranello lab/office: around 2 days per week
• Remaining time split between customer visits, international travel and home office
