BARISTA - Full Time – Iper La grande i, Milano Portello (MI)
Company Overview: Iper La grande i is an Italian company operating in the retail sector with more than 20 hypermarkets nationwide. We are looking for a dedicated Barista for our store in Milano Portello.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of cold and hot dishes according to the food‑court recipes.
- Cooking of items such as sandwiches, pizzas, first courses and second courses.
- Management of the service counter, ensuring order and cleanliness.
- Packaging of takeaway products.
- Customer service with courtesy and professionalism.
- Compliance with hygiene and food‑safety regulations.
- Cleaning of workstations and equipment.

Requirements
- Barista skills for preparing coffee, cappuccinos, espressos and other beverages.
- Ability to operate various equipment such as ovens, microwaves, griddles and fryers.
- Knowledge of allergens and food intolerances.
- Comfort with public contact and stress‑management.
- Previous experience as a food‑service assistant or similar role is an advantage.




- Excellent communication and customer‑relation skills.
- Capability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Customer‑orientation and problem‑solving aptitude.
- Availability to work on flexible shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
