and ensuring outstanding brand execution both in-store and in the local market.You will turn commercial strategy into strong in-market execution by focusing on the following key priorities:Managing and growing wholesale accounts across Central & Southern Italy.Building strong relationships with retailers and key decision-makers.Delivering seasonal and annual sales targets in line with Country and EMEA strategy.Executing the seasonal Go-To-Market process, ensuring strong sell-in and sell-through.Identifying new business opportunities and driving profitable account growth.Ensuring excellent brand visibility, merchandising, and in-store execution.Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.Supporting local marketing activations, retail events, races, demo days, and community initiatives.Delivering product and brand training to retail staff a
