ABOUT ZEGNA
You'll work closely with your team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow

More specifically you will:
* Plan and manage production budgets, timelines, and relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, including creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and post-production partners, ensuring content aligns with marketing strategies.
* Manage and oversee the day-to-day production of video content for web, social media, and in-store channels.
* Own the end-to-end delivery of all video formats required across Zegna's digital and retail platforms.
* Collaborate closely with the internal Creative team, providing guidance, tools, and production support to deliver high-quality content while meeting tight deadlines.
* Coordinate production schedules in line with the seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of all deliverables.
* Monitor project progress from pre-production through final delivery, ensuring raw assets are efficiently transformed into finished content within agreed timelines.
* Develop creative production solutions and contribute innovative ideas to execute briefs effectively across both production and post-production phases.
* Continuously research and evaluate new suppliers, directors, filmmakers, editors, emerging trends, technologies, and production techniques to drive innovation and maintain best-in-class creative standards.
WHO YOU ARE
* You have University or bachelor's degree.
* You bring At least 2/3 years of experience in similar roles (production, shooting, content operations) within fashion/luxury or structured creative environments.
* Proven ability to operate independently, managing pri
