Scope:
Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer, within the Customer Satisfaction & Quality Department, is responsible for:
· Ensuring effective Quality Management across manufacturing processes, consistently meeting Schneider Electric standards and customer expectations.
· Driving the continuous improvement of products and manufacturing processes based on customer requirements and satisfaction, in collaboration with the Industrial Engineering (Methods & Time) Team and the R&D;/Technical Antenna Team.
· Defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address customer-reported issues and prevent their recurrence.
· Identifying the root causes of quality issues through in-depth analysis and monitoring of improvement plans.
· Collaborating with the Service Team to ensure timely and effective customer support.
· Working closely with the Product Development Team to ensure that new products and processes meet quality requirements and customer expectations from the earliest stages of development.
Background & skills:
Degree in a technical or scientific field (such as Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical…) or HVAC or similar technical relevant education
An open mindset and a high degree of self-discipline
Ability to work effectively with various departments and contribute to team projects.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan.
Good IT proficiency, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; additional software and digital platform skills would be considered an advantage.
Good written and spoken English skills
