The Production Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining products or components on the production line according to established procedures and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

- Assemble mechanical, electrical, or electronic components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Testing and Inspection:
- Perform functional tests, visual inspections, and quality checks to verify that products meet specifications and standards.
- Equipment Operation:
- Operate test equipment safely and efficiently; ensure proper setup, calibration, and maintenance of tools.
- Troubleshooting:
- Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or process deviations; assist in diagnosing and correcting production issues.
- Documentation:
- Accurately complete production records,
test reports, and logs to maintain traceability and ensure compliance.
- Process Improvement:
- Suggest and implement improvements to production methods, tools, and workflow to increase efficiency and product quality.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and comply with environmental and health regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
Education

- High school diploma or technical certification required.
Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment.
- Hands‑on experience with hand tools, test equipment.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems (depending on product type).
