QUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree in relevant field 7+ years of experience as an investment professional in a top-tier private equity (PE) firm or a consultant in the PE division of a top-tier management consultancyDeep experience of PE firm investment, divestment and portfolio management activitiesDeep, investor-focused knowledge of an industry Strong consulting skills and experience likely gained as a consultant in a top-tier management consultancyUnderstanding and network of contacts in the large cap and mid-market private equity industry Excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simplyDemonstrates creativity and the ability to deliver exceptional results and great ideas Fluency in Italian & English is mandatoryWHO YOU'LL WORK WITHDriving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work.
