Responsibilities
* Preparation of training documentation as required, including trainees files with all relevant forms in reference to the indicated courses.
* Ensure timely production of course documentations, including company specific documents/forms if required
* Administer course pre-requisites for all clients
* Maintenance of clients records as per manual requirements
* Knowledge and follow up all training guidelines being informed about Manual and PROCESS Manual contents.
* Control of instructors, keeping files update with all relevant documents required to exercise their privileges as instructor/examiner.




* Maintain Instructors records in Gemini/STARS (or relevant system).
* Check and review training records ensuring the adequate completion by instructors/ examiners
* Issue training completion certificates as needed, related to the indicated course and considering the special indications or procedures stated for each customer.
* Keep copy of all trainee documents, training records and certificates for the period required by regulation.

Responsabilità
* Preparazione della documentazione relativa ai corsi secondo le necessità, inclusi i fascicoli dei partecipanti con i moduli pertinenti.
* Garantire la produzione tempestiva della documentazione relativa ai corsi, inclusi eventuali documenti/moduli specifici richiesti dal cliente.
* Gestire tutti i requisiti preliminari dei cors
