Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a recent graduate to join our LES Marketing team. The LES Marketing Intern will work in the Lactalis South Europe marketing function on all diary categories.
He/she will report to the LES Marketing Director and will support him with the following activities:
Track brand performance (sell in/sell out) and key diary segments on all LES countries;
Monitor the launch of new products and new communications from key competitors in the zone;
Contribute to the development of innovation concepts and products;
Management of daily countries teams’ requests;
Facilitate the rollout of best practice initiatives (innovation, communication, digital, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS:
Recent graduate in Economics, Marketing, or Communication;
English proficiency is a must, Italian, French would be considered a plus;
Preference for someone that had an international experience;
Strong analytical mindset and curiosity towards data and insights;
Well organized and able to work in autonomy;
Very good relational skills;
Curious and pro-active/propositive.
KEY INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION:
Internship duration: 6 months;
Internship location: Milan (MI);
Monthly allowance €1.000 and free access to the company canteen.
The recruitment is open to both male and female candidates (Law 903/77).
