Role & Project Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting the People & Culture Manager and the HR Supervisor in the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations. Joining Reschio’ s People & Culture team means stepping into the heart of that energy: helping find the people who will carry this story forward, and making sure that once they arrive, they feel exactly what makes Reschio so rare. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is able to manage a variety of tasks independently.
Main tasks and responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting job ads on relevant platforms (job boards, social media, career site), CV screening, shortlisting, and scheduling Teams and in-person interviews.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and upholding Reschio’ s standards of hospitality and professionalism.
