Responsibilities
Implement and continuously improve the analysis of Evotec Global Operations services, products and solutions to support business development and value creation.
Generate and analyze data to support data‐driven tactical and strategic decision‐making.
Define, design, maintain and interpret dashboards for operational efficiency KPIs and portfolio management, integrating operational, sales and revenue data.
Develop, maintain and continuously improve interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI, ensuring accurate, timely and actionable insights to support operational, financial and strategic decision‐making.
Provide predictive business analytics using reporting and visual machine learning tools to support business forecasting and decision‐making.
Define and implement ad‐hoc metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), proactively developing fit‐for‐purpose dashboards that enable business performance monitoring and support operational decision‐making.
Provide analytical support to other internal stakeholders,
including Corporate and Supporting Functions, as required.
Drive the identification and implementation of tool enhancements to deliver fit‐for‐purpose analytical solutions.
Ensure all analyses are supported by high‐quality reporting, clear data interpretation and actionable business insights.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience working within the pharmaceutical industry in similar positions is preferred.
Good knowledge of drug discovery and development processes.
Good understanding of business operations and financial principles.
Strong business analysis, analytical thinking and data management skills.
Good knowledge of market analysis methodologies, business intelligence, analytics and predictive modelling tools.
