Job Summary

Role Summary Hands-on MS SQL Server DBA responsible for executing database and data migrations from On-Premises environments to GCP, including build, migration, cutover, and post-migration stabilization. Experience Required • 4–8 years of MS SQL Server DBA experience • Experience in database migration initiatives • Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably GCP Key Responsibilities • Execute MS SQL Server migrations from On-Prem to GCP • Configure SQL Server instances on GCP • Perform data migration, cutover, rollback, and validation • Support MSSQL to PostgreSQL migrations when required • Provide hyper-care and operational support MS SQL Server Technology Experience • Always On Availability Groups • Replication technologies • Backup, restore, HA/DR • Performance tuning and optimization GCP, IaC & DevOps Skills • GCP Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC,



IAM • SQL Server deployment on GCP • Terraform basics • CI/CD pipelines and monitoring
