Ready to take the next step in your career and turn every guest into a future traveller onboard?

What You Will Do
- Sell and promote future cruises at the onboard sales desk, using in-house sales tools and applying the sales channel rules. Own sales targets, delivering total guest and net revenue goals month after month.
- Lead presentations on future cruises, destinations and products to spark guests’ interest and drive sales.
- Craft and deliver welcome letters,



event invitations and virtual messages that promote sales and special offers.
- Join onboard events and selected excursions, agreed with the Senior Future Cruise Consultant, to connect with guests and open new sales opportunities.
- Report regularly to the Senior Future Cruise Consultant, Tour Manager, Hotel Director and the Corporate Onboard Cruise Sales Department ashore, and join periodical sales-update calls.
- Keep the Senior Future Cruise Consultant updated on sales materials, request restocks when needed, and raise any issue before escalating ashore.
- Support in building a strong safety culture, promoting health and safety procedures, and upholding high health standards on board.
