Education - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
Languages - Fluent in Italian and in English. Other languages are a plus.
Experience - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial controlling and consolidation, including hands-on treasury responsibilities, ideally within a multinational manufacturing or industrial group.
Compensation – Salary range €65.000 - €75.000 Gross/Year

JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller, Consolidation and Treasury Manager to join our Group Finance team. This pivotal role will oversee financial consolidation, reporting and treasury activities across our subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the Group CFO/senior leadership and effective management of Group liquidity and financial risks.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in financial analysis, IFRS, consolidation, cash management and internal controls, combined with a proactive mindset and international experience.

ACTIVITIES

- Coordinate with finance teams across international subsidiaries to gather, validate and analyze financial data.
- Manage the reporting system, ensuring consistency and accuracy across entities.
- Support budgeting,



forecasting and variance analysis, integrating financial performance, working capital and cash flow projections.
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for the assigned countries, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Group accounting policies.
- Generate the presentation of financial results, liquidity positions and key financial risks to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Partecipate in Preparing the annual consolidated financial statements including intercompany reconciliations, consolidation adjustments and eliminations.
- Liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures to ensure data integrity, compliance and appropriate segregation of duties across reporting and treasury activities.
- Oversee cash management and liquidity planning, ensuring adequate funding for operating needs and financial commitments across subsidiaries.
- Prepare and monitor short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts
- Coordinate working capital management with local finance and operational teams, identifying opportunities to improve receivables collection, inventory levels and payment planning.
- Manage day-to-day banking relationships and negotiate banking services, credit facilities and financing arrangements.
- Monitor borrowings, available credit lines, financing costs, repayment schedules and financial covenants, ensuring timely reporting and escalation of potential issues.
- Coordinate intercompany funding and cash transfers,



and support cash pooling arrangements where applicable, in collaboration with tax and legal advisers.
- Identify and monitor foreign exchange, interest rate and counterparty risks, and support the implementation of approved hedging strategies within Group policies and delegated authorities.
- Oversee payment controls, bank account governance and banking authorization processes, ensuring compliance with approval limits and fraud prevention procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement in consolidation, reporting and treasury processes, including automation and integration of financial systems.
Provide financial insights and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions, investments and funding requirements.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation processes and intercompany accounting.
- Proven experience in cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, working capital management and banking relationships.
- Sound understanding of corporate financing, credit facilities, financial covenants and intercompany funding.
- Knowledge of foreign exchange and interest rate risk management, including common hedging instruments and related controls.
- Familiarity with payment processes, banking platforms, treasury controls and cash pooling arrangements.
- Proficiency in consolidation tools such as SAP and experience with ERP systems; familiarity with treasury management systems is a plus.
