coordinate specialized modes, issue and dispatch documentation, and safety checks from internal and external warehouses. /li liMAM shipments scheduling: plan loads and MAM-related schedules; align with production and carriers from internal and external storage/loading places. /li liSample Shipments: prepare, document, and track samples in compliance with transport rules - carrier website. /li liControl Charges in Shipments: verify accessorials and extra charges before approval. /li liReturn Order: process and coordinate returns. /li liManage customer and internal complaints, including logging, investigation, and root - cause analysis. /li /ul h34) Warehouse and inside logistics Operations /h3 ul liGoods Receipt for Finished Product/Tolling (WH) and Return (WH). /li liPicking, Packing PGI (WH). /li liStock Control for Raw Material and Finished Product: cycle counts, adjustments, root cause on variances. /li liAnnual Inventory Management / Stock Count. /li liWarehouse processes for Downgrade and Code Change, ensuring accurate material handling, stock adjustments, and full compliance with logistics workflows. /li liStationery - Tools availability. /li liPlant Work Authorization Form handling. /li liHSE Support for Non-Conformities: record, contain, and support corrective actions. /li liMaintenance Notice Entries: open/track maintenance notifications for equipment impacting logistics operations. /li /ul h35) Documentation, Records Archiving /h3 ul liDocumentation Issuance and Document Archiving. /li liEntry Files: prepare, review, and archive. /li liStock File Entry maintenance. /li liDaily Reports / Daily Printouts and Reports. /li liDaily Error/Block Control. /li /ul h36) Systems, Programs Master Data /h3 ul liVIM, FSD, LBN: execute workflows and monitor exceptions. /li liSES: create/approve service entries. /li liLOG PR/PO Creation PR Entries. /li liInvoice Control FO with Issues. /li liMonthly SOX Control activities. /li liOperational Procedures Checklist Fulfilment. /li /ul h37)

The final offer within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications and internal alignment criteria.
