ppRandstad Italy Aerospace Division is looking for a bMaterial Planner Junior for a company leader in the aeronautical sector /b /p pAs Master Scheduler you will be responsible for the Demand Management and Production Planning /p pYou will demonstrate ability in communicating Business goals/programs/processes for a business segment and be able to positive impact short-term and long-term Business goals. /p pYou will provide and load the best production plan in the MPS system to support Customer requirements, taking into account the planning rules and the CoE’s capacity constraints, proactively interfacing with internal and external Customers. /p ul liEnsure Production Plan alignment to Customer Requirements for all plants through: /li liWeekly Customer Demand Collaboration and PO management /li liCustomer Demand analysis vs Plants capacity/feasibility /li liPull-in/Push-out opportunities identification both within and outside of the frozen period /li liDrive engine volume changes and spares components scheduling discussions with all the other internal functions involved (Program Management, Fulfillment, MPS controllers and Sourcing) to guarantee feasible plans in SAP /li liInteract with global team based in Cincinnati (Master Schedulers, Planners, Forecasters and Configuration Managers)



through periodic calls and meetings within the application of the FLIGHT DECK approach /li liAccountability for short and long term planning both on system SAP /li liResponsibility over the main Company KPIs (inventory, delinquency, output metrics) /li liProactively support cross-functional improvement projects /li liPropose and foster continuous improvement initiatives /li /ul h3Qualifications / Requirements /h3 ul libBachelor’s degree in management, Industrial, Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or High School Technical Diploma with relevant experience /b /li liPrevious experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment /li liFluent in English and Italian, both oral and written /li liFamiliar with SAP /li liStrong problem-solving and analytical skills /li liStrong oral and written communication skills /li liSense of prioritization /li liStrong interpersonal skills and international team-working attitude /li liAccuracy and attention to details attitude /li liKnowledge of Lean principles and mindset /liliProficient use of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liWe offer fixed term contract wirh possibility of extension /li /ul pRal 30-32K /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
