pIn this role you will lead the Maintenance Engineering organization at a large manufacturing site, driving reliability, uptime and continuous improvement. You will align with production to address operational challenges, manage capital projects and budgets, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring health, safety and regulatory compliance. The position offers impact through infrastructure upgrades, process improvements and cost-efficient technical solutions. You will work in a multinational industrial environment focused on operational excellence. /pulliLead the maintenance and engineering organization across a 300-employee site, coordinating a multidisciplinary team of 20+ professionals /liliDevelop preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to improve plant availability and reliability /liliManage engineering function including investments,
capital projects and technical development initiatives /liliOversee maintenance and engineering budgets and external partners for cost efficiency and quality /liliCollaborate with Production and other functions to optimize plant performance and foster continuous improvement /liliBuild and develop a high-performing team with emphasis on Health, Safety Compliance and regulatory adherence /liliDegree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable technical qualification /liliMinimum 5 years of people management experience in a manufacturing environment /liliExperience in manufacturing; packaging industry is a strong advantage /liliStrong knowledge of industrial maintenance, reliability, root cause analysis, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing and CI methodologies /liliExperience managing maintenance projects, capital investments, budgets and external contractors with focus on cost optimization and efficiency /liliGood command of English /lilileadership /lilicross-functional collaboration /liliproblem solving /liliequipment reliability /liliroot cause analysis /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
