Are you excited by the prospect of working for an industry leader in Energy Technology? /ph3Partner with the best /h3pAs a People Culture Experienced Professional - Learning Design, you will support the delivery and development of learning experiences that help employees build professional and interpersonal skills. /ppYou will work closely with the Enterprise Talent Learning team to coordinate learning activities, facilitate training sessions, create learning materials, and support the smooth execution of global learning programs. /ppThis role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about people development and is looking to grow their experience in learning design, facilitation, and program management within a global organization. /ppThis is a Maternity Cover and we offer a 12 months contract. /ph3As a People Culture Experienced Professional - Learning Design, you will: /h3ulliFacilitate virtual and classroom-based training sessions. /liliSupport the coordination and logistics of learning programs and events. /liliCreate and update presentations, learner materials, facilitator guides, and job aids. /liliSupport the development of learning content and activities. /liliWork with subject matter experts to gather information and create learning materials. /liliMonitor learner participation and collect feedback. /liliSupport program communications and learner engagement activities. /liliMaintain learning documentation and resources. /liliAssist with reporting and administrative activities related to learning programs. /liliContribute ideas to improve the learner experience. /li /ulh3Fuel your passion /h3ulliBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communication, Business, or a related field. /liliEmerging of experience in Learning Development, HR, training, education, or related areas. /liliStrong communication and presentation skills. /liliComfortable speaking in front of groups and facilitating discussions.
