The role requires advising on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic business decisions. You will support high-impact legal initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. /ph3bKey Responsibilities: /b /h3ulliProvide legal counsel on corporate governance matters, including board and committee matters. /liliDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements to mitigate legal risk. /liliAdvise on regulatory compliance, licensing, and corporate filings in multiple jurisdictions. /liliLead due diligence processes for potential business transactions and partnerships. /liliDevelop and implement policies to ensure adherence to internal and external legal standards. /li /ulh3bRequired Skills Qualifications: /b /h3ulliJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
