pFerrero operates a Shift Operative Leader role at its Alba, Piedmont plant. You will lead production line activities, coordinate the line team on shift, and optimize resources across materials, methods, labor, and machinery. /ppYou’ll start-up lines, handle interruptions, and support the Maintenance team.
