ppbSerioplast /b, a Global Leader in bRigid Plastic Packaging /b, is looking for a bSenior Injection Molding Technologist /b to join its plant in bSt. Louis, Missouri, United States /b. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liServe as a key point of reference for Technologists and support the Technical Manager in setting priorities, removing bottlenecks, and addressing critical issues /li liSet up product recipes, ensuring all required regulations and PLC parameters are correctly applied /li liPerform necessary mechanical and electronic adjustments and monitor production variables to ensure product specifications are met /li liConduct investigations and troubleshooting to resolve quality issues /li liTrain and support production staff in resolving minor technical problems affecting product quality /li liCarry out electromechanical installation and setup of machines and equipment (compressors, air conditioning systems, dryers, leak testers, cameras, palletizers, etc.) /li liDevelop solutions by fabricating mechanical or other components to address production or technical issues and improve machine performance /li liSupport the Technical Manager in continuous improvement projects and in decisions regarding machines, equipment, molds, and processes /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liExcellent knowledge of plastic Injection Molding technology, with specific experience in injection molding machines of PET preforms on high-cavitation molds (required) /li liExcellent applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics,



electrical and/or electronic systems /li liGood applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques /li liGood applied knowledge of WCM standards /li liSolid experience working with industry specific technologies and productive processes /li liFluency in English /li liAvailable to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri, United States /li /ul h3What do we offer? /h3 ul liCompensation: $80,000 - $110,000 gross annual salary. The job level and compensation will be determined based on objective criteria, including experience, skills, and role responsibilities.
