ServiceNow Senior Technology Consultant - Italian-speaking - ITSM, ITOM, ITAM Contract Type: 12-Month Freelance / Independent Contractor (Partita IVA required or willing to open before start) Location: Remote Target Start Date: September 21, 2026 Languages: Italian & English (Mandatory: Advanced or Native/Bilingual) We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant to lead and execute ServiceNow platform implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and custom workflows. In this role, you will act as a key technical lead—designing scalable solutions, translating complex business needs into technical specifications, and driving platform innovation through AI integration and modern best practices. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Execution: Design, configure, and deliver long-term, scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions following platform health guidelines and technical standards. Workshop Facilitation: Assess current-state client processes, lead technical workshops, and define optimal future-state architectures. Technical Quality & Governance: Translate business requirements into user stories, review/validate code, perform unit testing, and oversee partner or client development teams.
Integrations & AI Implementation: Build custom ServiceNow integrations and actively leverage platform AI tools to optimize customer workflows, problem-solving, and decision-making. Client Engagement & Advisory: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders, assisting with technical documentation, business requirement workbooks, and system design discussions. Mentorship & Portfolio Contribution: Coach associate consultants, identify implementation optimization opportunities, and contribute to internal accelerator tools and weekly engagement tracking. Requirements & Competencies Must-Have: Experience: 8 years of dedicated ServiceNow Professional Services or technical consulting experience. Certifications: Active ServiceNow certifications in relevant workflows (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS). Technical Expertise: Hands-on mastery in 1–2 core ServiceNow offerings (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or custom platform workflows) and technical integrations. AI & Innovation: Proven ability to design and integrate AI capabilities into business workflows and platform architecture while understanding ethical considerations.
