ph3THE ROLE /h3 pWe are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to support the delivery of international renewable energy and infrastructure projects across multiple regions. This role will work closely with Investment Management, Construction Procurement, technical advisors, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. /p pThe successful candidate will play a key role in managing project execution across Solar PV, BESS, Wind, and related energy assets, while supporting technical due diligence, procurement, contracting, and stakeholder coordination activities throughout the project lifecycle. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Project Delivery Execution /h3 ul liSupport the end-to-end delivery of renewable energy projects from development through construction, commissioning, and handover. /li liCoordinate internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones and delivery objectives. /li liDevelop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, procurement, risk, and communications. /li liTrack project progress, monitor construction activities, and ensure compliance with quality and performance standards. /li liMaintain project controls including schedules, risk registers, action trackers, issue logs, and cost reports. /li liSupport commissioning readiness, handover activities, and close-out documentation. /li liPrepare project reports and presentations for management, investors, and project stakeholders. /li liDrive continuous improvement of project processes, tools, and templates. /li /ul h3Technical Due Diligence, Procurement Contracting. /h3 ul liSupport technical due diligence activities during project acquisitions, financing processes, and development milestones. /li liCoordinate technical advisors, manage information requests, and track technical findings through to resolution. /li liSupport contractor and supplier procurement processes, including RFP/RFQ preparation, bid evaluation, and recommendation reports. /li liAssist with the assessment of EPC, BOP, equipment supply, and OM proposals. /li liCoordinate technical, commercial, and contractual inputs during contract negotiations. /li liMaintain negotiation trackers, action logs, and comment resolution matrices. /li liSupport preparation of contract documentation, governance submissions, and investment approval packages. /li liMonitor contractual obligations, deliverables, and key project milestones. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Coordination /h3 ul liCollaborate with Investment Management and Construction Procurement teams to achieve project and portfolio objectives. /li liBuild strong relationships with consultants, contractors, suppliers, investors, and other key stakeholders. /li liFacilitate project meetings, manage communications, and ensure alignment across international teams. /li liCoordinate activities across multiple geographies, cultures, and time zones. /li /ul h3Risk, Compliance Governance /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. /li liIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and delivery challenges. /li liSupport permitting, documentation management, and project governance requirements. /li liEnsure compliance with local regulations, contractual obligations, and industry best practices. /li /ul h3SKILLS COMPETENCIES /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: /p ul liStrong strategic thinking and execution capabilities. /li liLeadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and manage teams.
