Contract & SalaryContract: Full-time permanent contract
A mandatory 6–12 month training period will take place at the company's German headquarters, followed by relocation to Italy within the Group's international commercial organization.
Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 gross annual salary
CompanyOur client operates in the medical devices, emergency response, rescue equipment and technical products sectors.
Role OverviewDuring the first 6–12 months, you will be fully immersed in the company's products, culture, customers and commercial processes. After this training period, you will relocate to Italy and become part of an international sales hub, supporting distributors and partners while progressively taking ownership of international markets.



This position is designed as a development path toward future Export Manager responsibilities and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of the company's international business.
Activities
- Support distributors and business partners in commercial and after-sales activities.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with B2B customers across international markets.
- Coordinate customer requests and collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market development initiatives.
- Support the organization and expansion of the international sales network.
- Participate in customer visits, trade fairs and industry events.
- Analyse market trends and provide commercial feedback to management.
- Travel internationally for approximately 50% of your working time.

- Fluent in German and English.
- Experience in sales, export sales, customer management or business development within a B2B environment.
