The role translates strategic and creative briefs, into structured execution plans, defining timelines, milestones, responsibilities and project calendars. You'll be responsible for maintaining clear and continuous communication across HQ functions, local markets and external partners, ensuring alignment from planning through post-event reporting.
You'll work closely with the Head of Events to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.More specifically you will:* Lead assigned event workstreams from project kick-off through post-event reporting.* Translate approved strategic and creative briefs into detailed execution plans.* Define project timelines, milestones, responsibilities and critical path.* Ensure execution is fully aligned with the approved brief, brand standards and event guidelines.* Own project governance and coordinate approval processes.* Partner with other Event Managers on shared projects, ensuring full alignment on planning, governance, Critical Path, budget management and resource allocation.* Monitor budgets, forecasts and resource allocation, identifying risks and corrective actions.* Coordinate and supervise Event Producers, production agencies, suppliers, freelancers and local market teams.* Act as the primary liaison between HQ, local markets and external partners.* Ensure consistent communication and information flow across all stakeholders.* Coordinate with Brand Marketing, Content Marketing and relevant functions to ensure project alignment.* Prepare post-event reports with operational, f
