This role sits within our Italian Agency Sales team, based in our Milano office and reporting directly to the Head of Independent Agency Sales, Italy. Our team is responsible for managing and growing key partnerships with the independent media agencies in Italy, helping them utilize Teads' unified omnichannel platform. You will join a highly collaborative, revenue-driven team, working closely with Account Managers, Creative Strategists, and Ad Operations to deliver best-in-class advertising solutions.
Join us in our Milano office to support our independent agency sales team, driving revenue growth and relationship-building across top-tier media agencies in Italy.
Partner closely with internal squads—including Account Management, Creative (Teads Studio), and Data & Insights—to build integrated, high-performing campaign pitches.
Scope of Ownership: Take hands-on ownership of commercial support tasks, including constructing media proposals, answering briefings, tracking pipeline health, and prospecting for new agency accounts.
Impact Metric: Success in this role means providing flawless client servicing, identifying fresh business leads, and helping the Italian Agency team meet and exceed its collective revenue targets.
Identify New Business Avenues: Proactively map out the independent Italian agency landscape to identify, track, and prospect new growth and campaign opportunities.
