A 24-month professional development program through an apprenticeship contract in Bosch Rexroth Oil Control SpA – Nonantola (MO), designed to help you develop technical, application, and commercial skills through the support of experienced professionals and hands-on experience in the field.
At the end of the program, based on the skills acquired, your demonstrated aptitude, and organizational needs, you may pursue one of the following career paths:
APPLICATION ENGINEER
Key responsibilities will include:
- Technical Support: analyze customer requirements and size and select the most suitable hydraulic components for different applications.
- Solution Development: collaborate with the Engineering Department to define and customize product configurations.
- Technical & Commercial Offers: prepare technical documentation and preliminary drawings to support commercial offers.
SALES ENGINEER
Key responsibilities will include:
- New Business Development: identify and approach potential customers and distributors.
- Customer Relationship Management: act as the main point of contact for customers, understanding their technical needs and application requirements.
- Commercial Offers: prepare commercial quotations, define standard prices and terms, and support delivery planning in collaboration with the Technical Office.
