- assicurare un ricevimento personalizzato verso la clientela,
in linea con gli standard di servizio coordinandosi efficacemente con gli altri reparti dell'Hotel
- è responsabile dell'attuazione delle procedure e delle azioni volte alla cura dell'ospite e al suo soddisfacimento nel corso del soggiorno
- effettua le operazioni di check-in e di check-out, le procedure di verifica e accompagnamento dell'ospite in camera e la gestione dei pagamenti.
- utilizza efficacemente l'infrastruttura informatica sia per i gestionali sia per il sistema di prenotazioni;

- In agreement with the Front Office Manager and under his supervision, deals with:
- ensure a personalized reception to guests, in line with the high standards of service
- coordinate with the other departments of the Hotel and Restaurant
- interfaces with the Booking office
- is responsible for the implementation of the procedures and actions aimed at caring for the guest and satisfying him during the stay
- performs the check-in and check-out operations, the procedures for checking and accompanying the guest in the room
- payments management
- effectively uses the IT infrastructure for both management and the reservation system; **Qualifiche**:
- Titolo di studio settore alberghiero / turistico / linguistico
- Ottima conoscenza delle lingue italiano e inglese, gradita la conoscenza di una terza lingua (francese, spagnolo)
- Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e software alberghieri - e nello specifico Protel e Passportscan.
- Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni maturata nel ruolo in contesti alberghieri con elevati standard di servizio. Verranno valutate anche risorse junior da formare
- Completano il profilo: orientamento al cliente, comunicazione, flessibilità e team working
- Diploma / Degree
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages, with the knowledge of a third language (French, Spanish)
- Good knowledge of the main IT tools and hotel software - Protel and Passportscan would be preferred
- Experience at least one/ two years in the role in hotel contexts with high standards of service. Junior resources to be trained will also be evaluated
- Complete the profile: customer orientation, communication, flexibility and teamwork **Ulteriori informazioni**: - Contratto a tempo determinato di sei mesi (da subito) finalizzato all'assunzione
- CCNL Turismo. L'inquadramento e la retribuzione verranno valutati in base al profilo e all'esperienza
- Disponibilità Tempo pieno da Lunedì a Domenica (dalle 7.00 alle 23.00) con un giorno di riposo
- E' previsto l'alloggio
