**Location**: Assago, Milan. **About the company** Our client, "UpSurgeOn" is a successful and innovative start-up in the medical training field. They have developed a cadaver-free simulation-based platform for the psychomotor surgical skill enhancement using virtual and physical simulations. It is currently focused on neurosurgery. The team is made by Neurosurgeons, Residents, Medical Students, Digital Artists, Developers, Bioengineers, Graphic Designers and Free-thinkers. UpSurgeOn has been founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Milan, Italy. The company is currently looking for a social media manager that will work remotely and in cooperation with the rest of the team. **The Role** **Responsibilities and Duties** Work closely with the team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals Graphic processing of internally produced content using software such as Photoshop, Lightroom and similar Video editing for content creation as instagram reels (raw material is provided by the company)



Develop monthly reports that will be submitted to the management and executive team Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users Crafting compelling content in cooperation with the experts in the field Planning and developing social media campaigns Posting content across social media accounts Analyzing running campaigns Being on top of the latest social media trends Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics Be familiar with funnel creation and management **Qualifications and Skills** Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 3 years’ experience in social media management Strong aesthetic sense and creativity Knowledge on Photoshop and at least one video editing software Crafting engaging content Experience in creating social media strategies Knowledge on Google campaigns will be a plus Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian Well-organized and able to work independently and under pressure **Note** Office location: Assago, Milan Full time (flexible hours) Required presence in the office on a weekly basis **Job Type**: Tempo parziale
