In this position you are responsible for direct interaction with our customers, proactive customer service, problem solving and customer follow up. Your day to day activities will include shipment processing, shipment monitoring, providing key milestone updates to the customers and deviation resolution in both import and export. **Scope and main responsibilities**: - Management of import and export processes, in accordance with national, European, and extra-European legislation and rules of origin
- Control and verification of necessary documentation in import/export (invoices, AWB and all customs documentation).
- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
- Organization of freight and customs handling
- Preparation and monitoring of offers
- Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing
- Processing of special orders
- Supporting and advising the customers and agents
- Preparation of delivery bills, customs documents, etc.
- Deliver great customer service and operational excellence by delivering effective material and information flow from our suppliers to point of use. **Qualifications**: - Professional proficiency in Italian and English, other languages are a plus
- Previous experience of 1 year in Transportation and Shipping
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Degree in the commercial/logistics field
- Experience in a similar position in an air cargo environment is an advantage
- Experience in customs regulations export and import is an advantage
