pullithe Academic Mentor is a strategic figure serving as a bridge between student-athletes’ sporting ambitions and their academic and personaldevelopment; /lilias a coordinator of holistic development, the Academic Mentor ensuresthat each student thrives both intellectually and emotionally, supporting their growth journey on all levels. /li /ul h3Key responsibilities: /h3 ullibAcademic and personal support: /b guide students in their personalgrowth, integrating academic and athletic goals; /lilibMindset development /b: support the development of students’resilience, character, collaboration, and Human Skills; /lilibOnline learning support /b: attend Saudi online lessons and assist students in their learning process; /lilibOngoing mentorship /b: provide one-to-one support to help students manage competitive pressure and academic challenges. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ulliDegree in Education, Psychology, or related fields /liliExperience working in educational settings with student-athletes /liliUnderstanding of competitive sports environments /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills /liliFluency in Arabic and English (Italian is a plus) /liliAbility to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams /liliEducational leadership /liliProblem-solving and conflict management /liliEmpathy and emotional intelligence /liliFlexibility and adaptability /liliGoal-oriented mindset with a holistic approach /li /ul h3H-FARM SPORTS ACADEMY /h3 pH-FARM Sports Academy is an educational project that redefines the learning journey of elite student-athletes.



Located on the H-FARM Campus in Roncade (TV), the Academy offers a unique environment where athletic and academic growth do not compete but instead reinforce each other. /p pOur “24/7 total immersion” approach combines flexible academic learning, professional sports training, and personal development within a cohesive ecosystem. Students follow individualized pathways that include in-person classes, as well as synchronous and asynchronous online lessons —ensuring educational continuity even during tournaments and competitions. /p pAt the heart of the project is the belief that before being athletes or students, our young people are individuals in constant development.
