ph3Role responsibilities /h3h3Business Strategy Alignment: /h3ulliCollaborate with the business leadership to align mining operations strategy with overall business objectives and production targets. /liliProvide strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth and ensure alignment between mining operations and organizational goals. /li /ulh3Operational Control and Direction: /h3ulliEnsure stringent adherence to safety standards, including DGMS (Directorate General of Mines Safety) compliances, forest department regulations, and other relevant regulatory requirements. /liliStrategically deploy resources, including equipment and personnel, to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness while meeting all compliance standards. /li /ulh3Resource Deployment and Management: /h3ulliStrategically deploy resources, including equipment and personnel, to maximize operational efficiency and meet production targets. /liliCollaborate with engineering teams to plan and execute proactive strategies for addressing seasonal challenges. /li /ulh3Collaboration with Engineering Teams: /h3ulliWork closely with engineering teams to plan and execute mining operations effectively, leveraging technical expertise to overcome challenges. /liliEngage in proactive planning to address seasonal challenges and optimize operational performance throughout the year. /li /ulh3Customer Interaction and Quality Assurance: /h3ulliResolve customer queries related to product quality, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. /li /ulh3Safety Management: /h3ulliEnsure implementation and adherence to the highest standards of Safety, Health, and Environmental management (IMS) programmes and objectives.



/liliZero Tolerance regarding safe work practices and implement safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to mitigate risks and hazards in mining operations. /liliConduct regular safety rounds, inspections, and audits to identify potential safety gaps and areas for improvement. /liliImplement corrective actions to address identified safety gaps promptly, minimizing the risk of accidents or incidents in the workplace. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Experience /h3h3Education Qualification: /h3pBE/ B. Tech (Mining/ Any other Engineering field). Preferably MBA from a premier institute. /ph3Relevant Experience: /h3ulli10-15 years relevant experience in the mining industry with relevant commercial knowledge. /liliGood written and oral communication skills in English. /liliExperience in developing and managing large infra contracts/ EPC/ outsource activities /liliExperience in managing people with respect to skills development and succession and career planning /liliExperience to manage/lead viability project studies and to evaluate projects, financial evaluations of projects. /liliHigh level of analytical ability and commercial acumen /liliShould have exposure of digitization, automation and technology-based processes. /li /ulh3Key Stakeholders: /h3h3Internal Stakeholders: /h3ulliMining technical and operations personnel /liliSenior Executive Management team /liliSite Team /li /ulh3External Stakeholders: /h3ulliLocal community /liliMining consultants /liliStatutory local govt. authorities Customers, Vendors, Partners /li /ulh3Preferred candidate profile /h3pBTech/BE (Mining) with 10-15 Years experience into Leadership role /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
