Sanofi in Italy seeks a seasoned Head of A2R & Tax compliance to lead end-to-end A2R operations for the two Italian sites, Anagni and Scoppito, ensuring compliant, high-quality financial processes in line with IFRS, IAS, and Sanofi standards.

The role partners with the CFO and Italian team, drives tax compliance and coordination with global hubs, and manages external audits and statutory reporting for both sites.
